I was arrested for 32 years. My childhood was complicated, I lived on the street, and entering the criminal world was the way out. But the prison made me realize that I no longer wanted that kind of life for myself. When I was released, I went to Leonardo Precioso, coordinator of Recomeçar project, and said that I literally wanted to start over, study, learn. The pressure from my friends to go back to crime and drop out of school was big, and I even understand their side. But I went on. I finished the digital screen printing course, got a reasonable job where I stayed for 1 year, and today I'm really happy working at Gerando Falcões.
